The Queen ‘absolutely fuming’ over false death rumours about Prince Philip
THE Queen was reportedly upset and enraged yesterday over false claims that Prince Philip had died swept the web.
Rumours in regards to the 97-year-old Duke trended on Twitter late on Friday and into the early hours.
Buckingham Palace switchboard was flooded with calls, in accordance with The Solar, and sources stated the Queen was left “completely fuming”.
She even held a tense ten minute telephone name about tips on how to take care of the faux information about her husband of 70 years.
“They each agreed there was little they may do however they’re very, very irritated,” A royal insider stated, in accordance with The Solar.
“It’s not good to listen to individuals the world over commenting in your well being or demise, even should you’re used to being within the public eye. It reveals how the web can get uncontrolled.
“The Queen is totally fuming over this and thinks it’s disgraceful.”
The Queen, 92, is holidaying in Balmoral whereas Philip is at Sandringham. She was alerted to the claims when workers began asking how her husband was.
